In this lesson you will learn how to collect questions in a folder and then print them.

The Print Folder keeps track of questions that you add to it as you use the Questions Tool.

From the search results screen you can add all the questions found in the search ... or you can add questions individually.

One way to add a question is to check the checkbox in the In Folder column. Watch as we add nine questions to the Print Folder.

Next, click the View Print Folder link.

The Print Folder page will list the questions that you have added to it.

In addition to printing just the questions, you can choose other information to print by checking print options.

Once you are ready, click the Assemble Document button.

The assembled document will appear, including additional supporting material, like tables, reading passages, and pictures.

You may need to scroll to see the entire document.

If you wish to print the document, use your browser's built-in print capability.

Likewise, if you wish to save the document as a file, choose Save As from your browser's menu.

Finally, to return to the Print Folder, click your browser's Back button.
